About Ella
Ella lives and studies in New York City, graduating in May 2025 from The New School with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She double minors in museum curation and software development at Parsons School of Design. Eager to apply her diverse academic background of psychology, art history, and design to a professional setting, her goal is to contribute meaningfully to the fields of consulting, UX, marketing, and communications. Ella has cultivated a deep understanding of human behavior, artistic and design principles, and creative project management, which she is excited to combine in ways that will elevate the visions and initiatives of others.
Ella draws from a unique 17-year background as a ballerina, training professionally and performing both in the United States and abroad. At age 14, she was offered and accepted a spot at the world-famous Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow, Russia as one of few Americans to ever receive this honor and opportunity reflective of outstanding talent. This career in the performing arts instilled in her an unwavering commitment to excellence, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Her experiences in the world of sports, entertainment, and performance have further shaped her understanding of creative project management, collaboration, and how to successfully lead initiatives in high-pressure environments.
She trained and performed at numerous prestigious programs, including the San Francisco Ballet School, Russian Masters Ballet (Spain), the Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Russia), as well as in Paris, London, Las Vegas, Florida, Los Angeles, and New York.
Ella’s background was instrumental in enhancing and inspiring her current education in psychology and art history.
She is currently a Research Fellow of the National Science Foundation and a Research Assistant to Dr. Charles Scherbaum at the I/O Psychology and Personnel Selection Lab at Baruch College. She is actively exploring full-time positions to start in Summer 2025.
